Do you want to see bids in anything other than pgems? i.e. 40 pgem = pul, 80 = Um, keys = ?, etc?
If there's multiple items we're going to bid on, do you have a problem waiting until end of the auction to collect the total?
Do you need payment on the spot or if you're paid within 24 hours is that enough time? (trying to figure out how much time/pgems I need to come up with. I'm afraid my bids will total over 200+ pgems and I don't normally carry more than 100 or so on mule at any time. If I need to limit bidding to what I have on hand at the time, that's OK too, but obviously then I cn't bid as high.)
Couple of suggestions:
Can you auction off duplicate items together? (i.e. you have nagel rings listed on a few different mules - can you just auction of Nagel #1, #2, etc.)
Please have a partner sitting in game to collect payment as needed - it really slows down the auction if you have to leave to collect payment because someone won the only item they were interested in.

Chien|||thank you mage chick for your input. here's a revised list i had planned to do this to get things grouped better and yes i was planing on putting up all the same uniques together during the auction. i have planned for k/t to help out during the auction although i had originally planned for saturday. if she is unable to help i do have access to another comp at some point probably not @9 however. everyone will be able to wait till the end of the auction or get items immediatly (one or the other please). i will keep track of the toatls owed by each person and the items they are getting, but if each person does it for themselves that would be good. i would like all of the swapping to be done by the end of the night. leftovers will roll into the next auction (i'm sure there'll be another). other 'money' is acceptable (runes) but i'd like to keep it at pul(30), um(40), hr(70). i've seen hrs going for 70 more than once (less in one instance) so i've attempted to modify the others accordingly(these are the values i'll be using). no keys at this time. i will have the relavent variables on hand for the items you mentioned.

have a friend be there with pgems enough to cover what you'd max out your bids at ie "most i'll pay for twitch is 3, 23 for bonnet" etc etc
i spent many hours at "real" auctions growing up and that is what the general practice is if you are unable to attend
